There is an inordinate delay in filing claim statements by these applicants.

2.However, fact remains that there are only 7 claim statements have been received so far.

3.The learned Official Liquidator is now receiving claim statements as the small depositors were unaware of the winding up of the Company on 11.02.2014 in C.P.No.73 of 2000.

4.It is noticed that an Administrator has also been appointed by this Court and now an Advocate has been appointed to Administer the affairs of the Company under liquidation.

5.Considering the same, Court is inclined to allow these applications.

Accordingly, all these applications stands allowed.
