29731/2019)and (ii)Stay all further proceedings of the impugned proceedings in Letter No.093166/375/G-1/G.11/2018-24 dated 20.09.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and (in WMP.No.29734/2019) pending disposal of the above WP.No.29826/2019 respectively.

The interim stay and the interim injunction sought for in the miscellaneous petitions cannot be granted. However, it is needless to say that any promotion shall be subject to the result of the writ petition.
