Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order or direction or any other appropriate writ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct the enquiry regarding the illegal registration of the Settlement Deed dated 18.10.2022 vide Document No.4401/2022 and Sale Deed dated 22.10.2022 vide Document No.4462/2022 (Reflected to encumbrance certificate) on the file of the 3rd respondent for cancellation based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
