ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd 1/4

respondent to file a final report in FIR No.88 of 2022, dated 06.08.2022 based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 2nd respondent has registered a case in Crime No.562 of 2021 on 10.10.2021, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.562 of 2021, in which the investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court concerned, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
