This petition has been filed for amendment in the Judgment passed in CMA.No.3725/2012 dated 02.08.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was disposed of by this Court vide Judgment dated 02.08.2019. An application is moved by the Insurance company/ 3rd respondent under Section 151 of CPC for amendment that occurred inadvertently in para - 4 of the order.

4. The respondent's counsel has no objection.

5. Perused. It is ordered as follows, To add "upto the date of deposit " instead of "upto the date of this Order". Further "the interest on award amount of Rs.2,19,787/- from 15.03.2008 to 23.05.2012 instead of Rs.5,96,423/- from 16.03.2008 to 02.08.2019".
