The above civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 500 days in filing the review application.

Learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the delay may be condoned on terms.

Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the delay of 500 days in preferring the review application is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays costs of S. VAIDYANATHAN,J.

AND MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ,J.

nv Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in favour of LEGAL AID BOARD within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
