ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. On being mentioned, the matter is taken up today under the caption "for clarification".

3. The submission of learned counsel for the first respondent that the amount stated as having already been paid by the first respondent/writ petitioner has been incorrectly mentioned in paragraph 7 of the order is not disputed and it is agreed that the amount paid by the respondent is Rs.10,20,25,000/-. Registry is directed to make necessary correction in paragraph 7 of the judgment dated 27.02.2026 passed in the appeal qua the amount as "Rs.10,20,25,000/-" instead "Rs.10,00,00,000/-" and issue corrected copy of the judgment to the parties.

4. The other clarification as sought and agreed to between the parties is that the upset price was Rs.19,85,16,000/-, which was offered by the first respondent/writ petitioner.

5. We also clarify that since the order under challenge was proceeded on consent, the judgment dated 27.02.2026 shall not constitute a precedent.
