The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing the respondents being Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited to consider one time settlement (OTS) proposal pertaining to Loan Account No.HE01CHF00000019822.

2.Mr.K.B.Vivekanandan, who learned counsel accepts notice for the respondents states that the proposal has been rejected already on 04.10.2023 and a copy of the same has also been served on the petitioner. In any event, a copy of the same be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner for onward transmission to the petitioner.

3.With this, question of mandamus does not arise. This writ petition is dismissed though granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 04.10.2023 in a manner known to law. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
