ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 25.03.2025, made in Rev.Aplw.No.60 of 2025, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner afresh by placing the matter before the Finance Committee and Syndicate for passing resolution in the light of Government Orders. 2.Today, an Official Memorandum dated 13.01.2026 is placed before this Court, whereby, the request of the petitioner has been rejected. This Court has directed the respondents to consider the matter in the light of the directions of this Court in W.P.No.25907 of 2022, wherein, this Court had directed the respondents to place the matter before the Finance Committee and Syndicate for passing resolution in the light of the Government Orders. However, the petitioner's request has been rejected.
3.In such view of the matter, it is for the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law.
