JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court is made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Karthikeyan for the appellant; Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 3; Mr.V.Jayachandran, learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.4 to 6 and 8 to 11 and Mr.A.E.Ravi Chandran, learned Counsel for the respondent No.12.

2. It is submitted that this Writ Appeal is filed against an interim order passed by the learned Single Judge. It is further submitted that now, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and the matter is fixed before the learned Single Judge on 26.03.2024. On 30.10.2023, this Court passed an 2/4

order of status quo. The said order of status quo passed on 30.10.2023 shall continue till the disposal of the Writ Petition.
