This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 19.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13899 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14701 of 2023 to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in every two weeks (i.e.,) Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court.
