Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CrL.A.No.694/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2017 dated 17.10.2018 passed by the Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Court) Tiruppur and ENLARGE THE PETITIONER ON BAIL pending disposal of the above Appeal in Crl.Appeal No.694 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CrL.A.No.694/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Earlier application for Suspension of Sentence has been dismissed by this Court on 30.04.2019 stating that the appeal is ripe for final hearing and thereby the Court is not inclined to grant Suspension of Sentence.
