2.Heard. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the counsel has got viral infection and hence, the delay occurred in rectifying the defects and representing, is neither wilful nor wanton.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the cross objection if it is otherwise in order.
