There is no representation for the petitioner. However, this Court is inclined to dispose the writ petition based on the submissions made by the learned standing counsel appearing for TASMAC.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to call for the tenders for eatables and collect bottles in the TASMAC shops and to conduct tender process only through online after giving wide publicity.

3. Though, the prayer in this writ petition does not indicate the area to which the relief is sought for, from the representation made by the petitioner addressed to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District Manager, Tirupur, it is seen that the grievance of the petitioner is in respect of the TASMAC shops at Tirupur District.

4. Today when the matter is taken up after notice, Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned standing counsel for TASMAC, based on written instructions submitted that in respect of TASMAC Ltd., Tirupur District, bar tenders were called for the period of 2019-2021 on 13.09.2019 and in this regard necessary Notification has been published in two Tamil dailies on 14.09.2019 and the application form and necessary details are uploaded in the website. He further submitted that the application for the Bar Tender can be downloaded from the relevant website. Therefore, he submitted that the petitioner cannot have any grievance further.
