This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 427 days in payment of deficit court fee Rs.9,411/- in the above A.S.(SR).No.96199 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, on condition to pay the deficit court fee within a period of 10 days from today, if not already paid, failing which the petition stands dismissed, automatically.
