This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19321 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is not yet completed and therefore the presence of the petitioner is very much required for completing the investigation.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19321 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025, directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., is modified that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. 22.08.2025 stn To The Inspector of Police, M-4, Redhills Police Station, Tiruvallur District.
