PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned public auction/tender notice dated 22.09.2023 issued by the respondents 2 and 3 and quash the same in respect of public auction/tender notice condition No.33.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the condition No.33 of the impugned public auction/tender notice dated 22.09.2023 issued by the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner participated in the Tender notification issued by the respondents 2 and 3, however, he is not a successful bidder. His grievance is

that the lease amount in respect of agricultural lands is increased by 15% every year more than the auction amount. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is not a successful bidder and he is not an aggrieved person. Hence, this Court may close the writ petition.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
