ORDER

This Court already by an order dated 20.06.2025 extended the time for a period of two weeks in Crl.M.P.No.10875 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8912 of 2025

for executing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore, Coimbatore Dt.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioner and learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondent appeared. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the respondent police arrested two accused on 06.06.2025 and searching the petitioner for arrest and in the meanwhile, the other accused persons have approached this court and obtained bail order. He would also submit that now he arranged sureties and hence, filing this petition for extension of time.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for further period of two weeks for executing the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No. 10875 of 2025 in Crl. O.P.No. 8912 of 2025.
