ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6253 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.408 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month until further orders. 1/4

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners had been complying with the conditions from 01.05.2024 to till date without fail. However, they were unable to travel from Krishnagiri to Coimbatore to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month, which caused great hardship to the petitioners. Hence, sought for relaxation of the condition.

3. Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI cases).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6253 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.408 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024.

5. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court once in six months until further orders.
