ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19314 of 2025 dated 21.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.25,000/- as per the order dated 21.07.2025 and he is also regularly appearing before the respondent police. He further submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report is also filed in this case.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19314 of 2025 dated 21.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders stands relaxed.
