This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19011 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition, however the coaccused is still absconding.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner, vide order dated 09.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19011 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
