2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the same, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

3.The Registry is directed to number the main CRP, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission on 30.10.2019 along with C.R.P.No.2311 of 2019.
