Prayer:
The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to upload and update the computerized FMB sketch in their e-services at par with manual FMB sketch issued by VAO, Thangaipolur Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District with regard to properties situated in Survey No.390/A with Sub-Division No.390/6B,390/7 and 390/8 and pass orders.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to upload and update the computerized FMB sketch in their e-services at par with manual FMB sketch issued by VAO, Thangaipolur Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District with regard to the subject property.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and he was in possession and enjoyment of the same. However in the website FMB sketch was not uploaded. The grievance of the petitioner is that initially the FMB sketch was available in the website but later the same does not appear. Hence the petitioner made representation to the 3rd ,5th ,7th and 8th respondents on 28.10.2022 . However the same was not considered. Hence this petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2022 and pass orders 3/5
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner this Court directs the concerned respondents to consider the application dated 28.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as counter parties if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
