This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation agency in Crime No. 151 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to the 4th respondent agency. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed in Sp C.C.No.2 of of 2018 and the accused person has been acquitted by judgment dated 23.06.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppur. 3.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
