ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking a direction to the members of the third respondent's association from striking duty, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Two additional affidavits have been filed in tune with the queries raised by this Court. There was also another https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

affidavit filed by the second respondent on 16.07.2018.

3. We have perused all the affidavits filed. These affidavits indicate the measures taken including the installation of CCTV and the technical security arrangements though not within the hospitals. The affidavits also indicate the availability of the Doctors. Thus, we are satisfied with the compliance made. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.12859 of 2019 is closed.
