Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to issue suitable direction or order in the name of the direction directing the second respondent remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained by the second respondent in Rowdy H.S.801/2013 as against the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained by the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the name of the petitioner has been retained for this year in the history sheet and it is being reviewed from time to time.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the second respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet. The second respondent, on receipt of the representation, shall consider the representation strictly in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the guidelines given by this Court in sabari @ Sabarigiri Vs.
