O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dismissing the petitioner's application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC to reject the plaint.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing , the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents submitted that pending revision, the parties have settled the dispute between themselves and they have also filed a memo of compromise to that effect and prayed that in view of the compromise entered into between the parties, the revision may be disposed of with a direction to the Court below to consider the compromise memo and passed a decree in terms of the compromise memo.

3. Recording the said compromise memo, and also considering the request that since the matter has been settled between the parties, both the parties are directed to file a compromise memo before the trial Court and on filing such 2/4

memo, the trial Court is directed to pass decree based on the compromise memo.

4. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
