This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 and 2 as legal heirs of Thangavel/A1 in the cause title, who died on 16.08.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the lower appellate Court judgment, dated 14.06.2023 in C.A.No.59 of 2020 in paragraph Nos.7 and 8, the death of Thangavel/A1 and Dhanam and Sumathy (petitioners 1 and 2) are his legal heirs are recorded. But in the cause title of the lower appellate Court judgment, the name of the petitioners 1 and 2 not recorded as legal heirs of deceased Thangavel/A1. In view of the same, the Registry has got objection in numbering the criminal revision filed by the petitioners.

3.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the judgment of the lower appellate Court, this Court finds that already the petitioners permitted Page No.1 of 3

to pursue the appeal on behalf of Thangavel/A1 as legal heirs and they have also participated in the appeal and advanced their arguments. 4.In view of the same, the Registry is directed to accept the cause title permitting the petitioners to pursue the criminal revision on behalf of Thangavel/A1 as legal heirs.
