(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J) Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, in his representation dated 02.05.2017, had sought for expeditious completion of the enquiry initiated against Mr. Dhaya Shankar, Advocate based on his complaint in Complaint No. 161 of 2016. However, during the pendency of this writ petition, the complaint given by the petitioner itself was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dismissed for default by the third respondent on 04.01.2019. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing further survives in this writ petition for adjudication.
2. Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
