ORDER

This Review Application has been filed as against the Order dated 11.07.2019 in W.P. No.16461 of 2004.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Memo, dated 11.07.2019 has been filed, whereby the petitioner has agreed to pay the building tax upto II half of 2004-2005 without interest as claimed in the impugned order dated 14.04.2004.

3. He further submits that at the time of disposing of the writ petition viz., W.P. No.16461 of 2004 on 11.07.2019, the aforesaid Memo has been duly considered by this Court and directions were issued. However, it is his submission that though the petitioner sought for appropriate directions to the respondent to make a composite assessment of subject land and building, however, no direction to that effect was issued which requires review of the said order dated 11.07.2019.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader fairly submits that a direction as sought for may be issued.

5. A perusal of records, reveal that there is an apparent error on the face of the record in the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in W.P. No.16461 of 2004.

In the aforesaid circumstances, this Review Application is disposed of directing the respondent to make a composite assessment of land and building in Door No.217-B, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Villupuram in the name of the petitioner, as the petitioner agreed to pay the building tax upto the II half of 2004-2005 without interest as claimed in the impugned order dated 14.04.2004. Further, this Court makes it clear that the petitioner shall pay the further tax due to the Government as on date. No costs.
