Respondent Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the fair and final order passed in I.A.No.939 of 2016 in O.S.No.245 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Bhavani dated 27.03.2017 by allowing the Civil Revision Petition and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the Fair and final order dated 27.03.2017 passed in I.A.No.939 of 2016 in O.S.No.245 of 2016, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Bhavani.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties, out of the Court. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
