Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to granT an interim stay of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent issued in proceeding No.E1/20585/2011 dated 06/12/2018 and the consequential order issued by the 1st respondent in the proceedings No.E1/20585 / 2011 dated 30/08/2019 (in WMP.No.29961/2019) pending disposal of the above WP.No.30039/2019.
