When it is pointed out that the Petitioner could make an application to the Court which passed the order of raising the attachment, to sent a copy of that order to the Registering Authority in accordance with Section 89 of the Registration Act, 1908, read with Rules 11 and 116-A of the Registration Rules, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner resort to the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
