ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2019, the third respondent has considered and after conducting reenquiry closed the same on 28.09.2019. He would further submit that in respect of the alleged occurrence based on the complaint given by one Sangeeetha, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.10 of 2020 under Sections 420, 409 and 120 B of IPC.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
