Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed and the delay of 2067 days in representing the above Tax Cases is condoned subject to petitioner paying a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to M/s.Sudaroli Social Service Trust, Mettur Dam, Salem District (Phone Nos.9443094917 and 9543306307) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this order would stand automatically cancelled without reference to this Court.

2. The Petitioner shall file proof of payment on or before 02.12.2022.
