This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 05.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.20487 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
