ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 24.06.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for disconnection of the service connection given in favour of the 4th respondent. 2.Heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.V.Venkata Seshaiya, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The specific case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property and that the 4th respondent is an encroacher in the property. Therefore,

3/5 representation was given seeking for disconnection of the service connection. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and based on the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 24.06.2025, after affording an opportunity to the 4th respondent and take a decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
