This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.07.2025, seeking bail in Crime No.104 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20(b) (ii)(B), of NDPS Act, 1985.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner was already released on bail by the lower Court.
