] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 30.12.2023 in S.C.No.106 of 2021 on the file of the learned III Additional District Sessions Court (Railway), Cuddalore, Viruthachalam.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
