Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus for a direction to the First to Fourth Respondents to consider the representation dated 23.09.2019 to give permanent permission to the Petitioner to sell flowers inside the Arulmigupatteswari Temple, Porur, Coimbatore, in accordance with law. Heard Mr. S. Senthilvel, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing on behalf of the First to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials available on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First to Fourth Respondents to consider the representation dated 23.09.2019 to give permanent permission to the Petitioner to sell flowers inside the Arulmigupatteswari Temple, Porur, Coimbatore, in accordance with law.

Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that an enquiry had been conducted on 01.11.2019 and an order dated 01.11.2019 has been passed by the Fourth Respondent, rejecting the claim made by the Petitioner and he has produced a copy of the same with an endorsement showing it has been delivered to the Petitioner in person on 02.11.2012. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
