The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to issue st respondent to appoint another investigating appropriate direction to the 1 officer for conducting inquiry and file final report based on the FIR in Crime No. 33 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation in crime No.33 of 2025 has not been done in a proper manner and hence the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid prayer.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and case has been

referred as mistake of fact on 10.06.2025. Referred Charge Sheet has also been served on the petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
