These Civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 123 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petitions before this Court against the fair and decreetal order of the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri District both dated 09.09.2024 made in I.A.Nos.1 of 2023 (2 in Nos.) in S.Nos.108 & 97 of 2023 in unnumbered A.S.Nos. of 2023 respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.

4. Accordingly these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions, if they are otherwise in order and post the matters for admission on 26.08.2025.
