ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the 4th respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2019 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has made a serious allegations against the counter party, the 4th respondent did not enquire the petitioner and the accused persons.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that after conducting enquiry CSR has been closed as early as on 22.11.2019 and also the closure report was sent to the petitioner by RPAD on the same day. 4.It is seen from the records that after enquiry CSR has been closed on 22.11.2019. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the 4th respondent is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
