J U D G M E N T

This appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, in C.C.No.4658 of 2013 dated 19.10.2022.

2. The appellant herein is the wife of the first respondent. On a private complaint given by the appellant herein against the respondents, the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet took cognizance of the same in C.C.No.4658 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 420, 493, 494 and 506 (2) IPC and after full fledged trial, the learned Magistrate acquitted the respondents from the above charges. Hence, the appellant has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.29239 of 2022 in Crl.A.SR.No.54573 of 2022 seeking special leave to appeal against the order of acquittal of the respondents by the trial Court from the charges and the same has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2022. However, Registry has inadvertently numbered the criminal appeal.

3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal and accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed. 08.07.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji To The XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.
