This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., 1st day of English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10834 of 2023 against Crl.O.P.No.8335 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 in Crime No.163 of 2023 on the file of the respondentPolice.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
