ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.610 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned counsel for the Government (Crl.Side) representing the 1st respondent would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.610 of 2016. After conducting enquiry, the 1st respondent police filed charge sheet before the trial Court and the same has been taken congnizance in C.C.No.382 of 2017.
3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
