O R D E R

(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) Petitioner is the brother of the detenu, namely, Murali, S/o.Sekar, aged 28 years, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of the second respondent passed in C3/D.O./72/2019 dated 28.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the brother of the petitioner dated 28.09.2019 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4880, dated 29.11.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as it has become infructuous.
