The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to give police protection for measuring and earmarking the boundary in the S.No.76/2A-1 measuring 67 cents and in S.No.77/1A measuring 1 Acre 50 cents totalling 2.17 acres situated at Kullathur, Irugur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2025.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Page No.2 of 4
the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
