2.This Court vide its order dated 12.01.2023 has indicated in paragraph No.3 that an amount of Rs.17,085/- is required to be deducted towards the cost of execution petition, the learned counsel for the defendant informs the Court subsequent to this order, the plaintiff has filed an additional cost memo which goes against the tenor of the order dated 12.01.2023.

3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff however submits that no cost memo has been filed and he is abiding by the order of this Court dated 12.01.2023.

4.Therefore, nothing remains to be clarified in this order.
