These applications have been filed to grant extension of period of six months with effect from 04.10.2023 for continuing the Arbitration proceedings.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that no objection for extending the time for passing the Award by the learned Arbitrator.

3.Recording the above submissions, these applications are allowed. Accordingly, the learned Arbitrator shall pass Award within a period of one year from 04.10.2023.
